What can be customised in an OEM order?
Fragrance, wax type and format, bottles and jars, labels, caps, kit contents and outer packaging — your range is built to your spec under our factory QC.
How do samples work for private label?
Free samples ship with the COA of their batch so you can evaluate first. Approved orders move through a pre-production sample — the actual bottle, label and scent — before the full run.
What is the MOQ for OEM orders?
MOQs are set per product and project. Reed diffuser bottles start from 100 pieces per bottle design; other lines are quoted against your volume in the RFQ.
How fast will we get a quote?
RFQs are answered within 24 hours with pricing, MOQ and lead time on the spec you send.
