What you can order: base liquid, finished units, or components

A reed diffuser order from POSISION comes in three shapes, and you can move between them as your range grows.

• Bulk reed diffuser base. The carrier liquid that draws fragrance up the reeds and releases it into the room. Brands that run their own filling line order the base, blend custom fragrance oils into it, and bottle in-house. You fill your own bottles, or hand the liquid to a contract filler in your market.
• Finished reed diffusers. We blend your fragrance into the base, add natural reed sticks, fill and label your bottle, then pack the units as shelf-ready SKUs. The carton arrives ready for your warehouse or your marketplace listing.
• Components only. Natural reed sticks in matched lengths, custom glass bottles from 150 ml per design, and caps. These can ship alone, or join a base-liquid order on the same container.

Every shape is produced in the same plant, checked by the same in-house QC team, and shipped with a COA for the batch. Reorder the same spec and you get the same result.

A common first step is one bottle size and two scents — small enough to test demand, wide enough to see which direction sells. The base formula carries over when you widen the range, and components and finished units can mix on the same order or ship separately.

Can reed diffusers be fully private labelled?

Yes — it is the default way we work, not a paid add-on. Your brand goes on the bottle, the label and the cap; the factory stays behind the scenes. Send your own bottle drawing, or start from a custom glass bottle at 150 ml, and we fill, assemble and pack under your name.

Two points make a private label reed diffuser order low-risk:

• Pre-production samples. Before any bulk run we build a physical sample of your unit — the actual bottle, label, reeds and scent. You approve the object you will sell, and the bulk run matches it.
• MOQ from 100 pieces per bottle type. A first order can stay small enough to test one scent in one market. When it sells through, repeat the same spec with no reformulation and no new sampling round. Later scents follow the same route with the same bottle and label, which shortens approval to the fragrance alone.

How a custom fragrance diffuser is built from your brief

A custom fragrance diffuser begins with a brief, not a catalogue. Send the scent family you want — citrus, floral, woody, fresh, or a reference product to match — the strength you need in the room, and the market it will sell into. The in-house R&D team blends custom fragrance oils against that brief and checks them in the diffuser base at working dosage before a single bottle is filled.

The first samples are free and arrive with the batch COA, so you can judge the scent and the paperwork together. After approval we assemble a pre-production sample of the finished unit. That sample locks three things for the bulk run: the fragrance formula, the bottle and the label. What you sign off is what ships.

Keep the brief in writing: scent family, reference product if you have one, target market, strength, bottle size and planned quantity. A written brief cuts the back-and-forth and lets one RFQ carry the fragrance development, the base liquid and the filling in a single quote.

What decides the unit price of a reed diffuser

Five variables set the price:

• the bottle and cap you choose,
• the fragrance oil and its concentration in the base,
• the label treatment,
• the outer carton,
• the quantity per run.

There is no fixed price list, because every combination is different — which is exactly why the MOQ is low enough for testing. Start at 100 pieces per bottle type, put two variants on the same RFQ (the same scent in two bottles, or the same bottle with two label styles) and read the difference between the lines. Choose the variant that sells, then scale that single spec.

One RFQ for the liquid, the bottle and the label

Base liquid, filling, labelling and packaging sit under one factory roof. A single RFQ therefore covers the whole job: you send one brief and receive one quote for the complete reed diffuser, instead of separate quotes from a liquid maker, a glass supplier and a filler.

That consolidation is what keeps the range with one factory as it grows. Add a second scent, a third bottle size, or move into candles — the wholesale candle supplies catalogue runs from the same plant, the same QC desk and the same COA trail.
